Welcome to Eat Well for the Rest of Your Life!
This can, potentially be a really big breakthrough time for you. This may be brand new information for you or re-inspiration!
Whatever your case may be, I'd like to take a couple of minutes to go over how to watch the videos for this week and how to get you started.
1. Go through each lecture by watching the videos, reading the information, and printing out the documents that we have.
2. Start with your 'Food Diary'. You can begin filling this out right away for this first day.
3. Use the 'shopping list' that we have to use as a guide for your shopping at the beginning of the week. Additionally, if you are planning on adding the green smoothies into your daily routine, we have a separate shopping list for that.
4. Go through the modules multiple times, if needed so that you can absorb all of the information.
The goals this week are
- Get you into the habit of watching what you are eating
- Begin adding more nutrient-rich foods into your day
- Try to eliminate at least one of the 'alarm foods' this week
It may look overwhelming at first, but, I think that, if you follow these 5 steps, it will make the process easier. If you have any confusion at all, please let me know.
