The Dynamic Neural Retraining System

This course was one of the game-changers for me with the sleep and the anxiety I was experiencing. The material taught in this course helps give you the tools to retrain your brain and all of its' hardwiring: all of the things that may be contributing to sleep issues. For example: in my case, I was having body jerks ( you know those you get when you start falling asleep and you dream you're falling off a cliff or something and then you wake up? I was having those every few minutes. All. Night. Long. And it was awful and I couldn't sleep. This course helped reduce those by about 80%.

This is great for allergies, sensitivities, food problems, anxiety, sleep issues, chronic pain, mold issues and so much more!


Meditations by Dr. Joe Dispenza

Also a game changer. This helped me with the general anxiety I was experiencing, along with the worry, that kept me up all night long. This work supports deep, internal healing on all levels: anxiety, sleep issues, pain, chronic illnesses.

You can find his teaching and work all over the internet in an abundance of forms. I'm including the link here to his books and audio books, along with his official website. I purchased his 'progressive online course' for $300 and it was well worth the investment.

The Tapping Solution

This is a quick, do-it-yourself meditation using EFT tapping. There's a free version of the app that you can download. We have the paid yearly version that gives us access to lots more material, but if you're on a budget, the free version will help a lot! They have quick ones to help with sleep!
